Ottawa police say no foul play in death of man found on Riverwalk

A man’s body was found on the Riverwalk by the Fox River south of Main St. in Ottawa this morning. Detective Corporal Matthew Najdanovich says there were no signs of foul play and there’s no perceived threat to the community. The man’s name hasn’t been provided, because his family hasn’t been notified. The LaSalle County Coroner’s Office is also investigating.
