An electrical problem is blamed for putting smoke in the air in an Ottawa apartment early yesterday. Fire Chief Brian Bressner says no one was hurt. The fire department had the fire under control in less than 15 minutes. That fire was in a bedroom in a multi-apartment building in the 400 block of Windsor Dr.
