The power went off again this morning in Oglesby. Commissioner Jason Curran says the brief power outage was to switch everyone back to the city’s main circuits. Homes and businesses were switched off the main circuits to restore power after an outage last Wednesday night. The city brought in a transformer expert yesterday to figure out what went wrong. Curran plans to explain it at tonight’s city council meeting.
