The city of Peru donated another $125,000 for this year’s TBM Avengers Reunion and Salute to Veterans. TBM Committee Chairman Cary Miller says the support from the city is unbelievable.
Volunteers are needed again for this year’s TBM Avengers Reunion and Salute to Veterans. Miller says the group will not turn anyone away who can help with the event. Although he says it’s technically a four-day event because the organization needs help setting up the Thursday before and cleaning up on the Sunday after the event. He says he’s made contact with people to come to the event but with the maintenance needed on some of the airplanes, it’s not known right now how many will come.
