LaSalle company chosen to replace courthouse windows

A LaSalle company was chosen to replace insulated glass at the Etna Rd. courthouse. Some of the big atrium windows at the courthouse are drafty and fog up sometimes. The County Board last week approved the $105,160 bid from Koolmaster. That’s well below the estimated $175,000 cost. Another company had bid on the project but withdrew. Its letter said it made a mistake in the cost calculations.
