Local Regional Education Office in Ottawa has new diplomas that update GED

If you want to trade in your General Education Degree or GED for a State of Illinois High School Diploma, here’s how. Bring ten dollars to your Regional Office of Education to make the switch. Local Supt. Chris Dvorak says the degrees are available at the office in Ottawa. But you don’t have to get a new degree if you don’t want to because the GED still valid.
