A Streator family has the St. Elizabeth Hospital new year baby. Aaron V. Mercado was born Monday, the second day of 2023. His parents are Jeannivette and Armando Mercado. His big sister is seven-year old Isabelle. OSF Healthcare says Aaron weighed in at six pounds, five ounces and measured 20 inches.
