Layla Ann Holofchak, 2 of Streator passed away Monday (December 26, 2022) at her home.
A visitation will be held Friday from 12noon until 2 PM at the Winterrowd Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2 PM at the funeral home with cremation rites following services. Layla was born on August 22, 2020, in Ottawa to Riley Holofchak and Ian Bauer.
Surviving is her mother Riley, her father Ian, maternal grandparents, Travis and Sara Yurich, paternal grandparents, Laura Redfern, Jeremy Bauer, maternal great grandparents, Shane and Cathy Spellious, paternal great grandparents, Diane Redfern, Robert Redfern, Dianna Bauer, Jerry and Carol Bauer, Gene and Patricia Frankenfield and great-great-grandparents, Annabel Finney and Morton Baker all of Streator.
Layla is preceded in death by her maternal grandfather Steven Holofchak and Uncle Owen Yurich.
