As expected, the Illinois Valley Community College Board of Trustees appointed Tracy Morris the college’s next president tonight. She’ll start in that role on July 1. Current president Jerry Corcoran is retiring. During his last three months on the job, Morris will work alongside him.
Morris is currently the compliance officer at Joliet Junior College. She worked previously at IVCC in positions that included Vice President for Student Services and Director of Admissions and Records.
