Two appointed LaSalle County government jobs got new appointees Thursday. The new Animal Control Administrator is Hoyt Rees. He has a two-year term and will be paid $25,000 for the first year. Rees will coordinate the work of the county’s animal control department.
Dr. Erik Englehart is the new Medical Director at the LaSalle County Nursing Home. He’ll be paid $1,500 per month to make sure all the residents get the medical care they need.
The people who had those jobs retired at the end of November. The County Board approved the new appointments Wednesday.
