USPS announces Holiday Shipping Deadline dates

By WCMY News Nov 29, 2022 | 11:27 AM

It’s going to cost more for people to ship Christmas gifts to people in Africa, Central and South Asia, and military bases. That’s because it’s past the deadline for people to send gifts at the cheapest shipping rate through the US Postal Service. But you still have time to get gifts sent by December 6th through the Priority Mail International Service to Africa and Asia to get them there by Christmas. You also have until December 9th to send gifts to military bases in the Middle East, Europe, Asia, and South America. December 17th is the latest you’ll want to ship a gift to someone in the United States at the lowest rates. If you have any questions, you can always contact your local US Postal Service Office. You can also find a full list of shipping dates on the United States Postal Service’s website
