A Sandwich man arrested two years ago is going to prison for a four-year term. Twenty-six year old Jose A. Medellin pleaded guilty this week to three counts of having child pornography. He had been charged with seven counts. All the charges say the people in the pictures were under age 13 when the pictures were taken. Dekalb County Judge Marcy Buck gave him the four year sentence. After he’s out, Medellin must serve four years on probation.
