Dates have been set for the Ottawa Kiwanis Club’s Kid’s Day Event. Eleven students from Marquette Academy and Shepherd Middle School will learn about the city of Ottawa and tour the facilities that make it run. The first stop will be at the Ottawa fire and police station on Saturday. On Tuesday, November 1st, the students will sit next to city council members and help run the city council meeting.
