Streator man pleads not guilty for allegedly shooting at Trident agent and other charges

A not guilty plea was given Friday by the Streator man accused of shooting at a Trident Agent in September. 20-year old Courtney Perkins is charged with attempted murder and other charges including unlawful delivery of a controlled substance. He’ll be back in Judge H. Chris Ryan’s courtroom on December 30th. 26-year old Aliana Cravatta, who was allegedly with Perkins, will be back in court later this month. She was being arrested when Perkins allegedly fired the gun at the Trident agent. She’s accused of aggravated discharge of a firearm and unlawful delivery of a controlled substance.
