It’s been almost three years since the Make-A-Wish Penguin Plunge fundraiser. Ashley White with Make-A-Wish says it’ll return this winter. People will jump into an outdoor pool at Skydive Chicago Saturday, January 28th. They’ll raise money to grant wishes to seriously ill kids.
