LaSalle County’s late property tax payers will soon get certified letters and more fees

The LaSalle County Treasurer’s Office is getting ready to send certified letters to this year’s late property tax payers. If you still owe 2021 property taxes that were due this year, you have until Friday to pay to avoid the certified letter and the extra fee. You have a little less than three weeks to avoid being named in the local newspapers. The deadline to avoid that is October 14th. And you have until November 14th to avoid your debt being sold at the annual tax sale.
