The owner of a shed reported stolen in Mendota two weeks ago has it back. Mendota police say their investigation led to the Ancona area in Livingston County. The shed was found on some rural property Wednesday.
A private company hauled it back to Mendota. Charges haven’t been announced yet against whoever may have hauled it to rural Ancona in the first place. The Mendota Police Department is thanking everyone who called in tips after it put pictures on social media of the shed, the truck used to haul it away, and the person who may have been driving it.
