Both people who died because of a house explosion in LaSalle have been identified. Winnebago County Coroner Jennifer Muralski says 57-year old Michele Waters died at a trauma center in Rockford Saturday afternoon. LaSalle County Coroner Rich Ploch says 59-year old Robert E. Waters died in the explosion Saturday morning. No foul play is suspected. Both lived at the home at 3162 E. Third Rd. and both coroners say the victims died of injuries from an explosion. The blast shook homes for some distance around the scene.
