LaSalle County Judge Cynthia Raccuglia sentenced an Ottawa man to three years in prison for aggravated identity theft Thursday. 46-year old Timothy Rodrick pleaded guilty to the charge last month. He was accused of stealing an elderly woman’s identity in March last year. He had also apparently opened several credit cards in that person’s name.
