An Ottawa man was sentenced to four years in prison Friday. 18-year old Dylan Combs pleaded guilty to residential burglary two months ago in Judge H. Chris Ryan’s courtroom. After his prison sentence, Combs will be paroled for one year. Last year an Ottawa woman discovered that her home had been burglarized when she went home from work for lunch and found a window open. Police used surveillance video from home in the neighborhood to identify Combs as a suspect.
