A 33-year old Streator man whose home was being searched for child pornography was also charged with illegally having guns. Elliott L. Allen, Jr. has a felony record, so he’s not allowed to have guns. Sheriff Adam Diss says in a news release, Allen had two guns. The Sheriff’s Department and other police agencies went to his home with a search warrant Tuesday after a child porn investigation. Allen’s bond was set at $250,000.
