Kay Smith, age 79

Kay Smith, age 79, passed away on June 25, 2026. Kay was born in Ottawa, Illinois, to Weirrick and Angelie Smith. She earned her bachelor’s degree in cosmetology and had a love for horses. She was preceded in death by her parents, Weirick and Angelie (Walker) Smith; her brother, Roger Smith; and her great-niece, Alexis Smith. She is survived by her nephew, Joshua Smith; her great-nephews, Joshua Jr. and Matthew Smith; and her great-niece, Allison Smith. Memorial contributions may be made to the family
