Carla Ham, 71, of Ottawa, passed away on Sunday morning, September 28, 2025 at OSF St. Elizabeth Medical Center.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, October 6, 2025 at the Mueller Funeral Home in Ottawa. Burial will follow at Grand Ridge Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9 to 11 a.m. on Monday, at the funeral home.
Carla was born on September 10, 1954 in Macomb, IL to Donald Hugh and Oralee (Cale) Biswell. She married Joe Ham on May 5, 1990.
She is survived by her son, Christopher Phelps; granddaughter Dierdre Phelps; brother, Eric (Pamela) Biswell; and sisters, Cindy (Tom) Rethage and Penny (Mark) Young.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Joe.
