Albert John “Duke” Manley, 68, of Ottawa, passed away on Wednesday, February 12, 2025 at OSF St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Ottawa.
Funeral services will be private. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Mueller Funeral Home in Ottawa
Albert was born on September 13, 1956 to Jack and Delores (Bingham) Manley. He served in the U.S. Navy and then worked as a restaurant and bar manager. Albert was a big fan of the Chicago Cubs and Bears.
He is survived by his three children, Jacob Wright, of North Carolina, Arnie Manley, of Seneca, Jackie Manley, of Virginia; five grandchildren; and a brother, Bill Manley.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Delores; and two brothers, Richard and Kim Manley.
