Sherri Bossen, 56, of Mendota, IL, passed away surrounded by family on October 20th, 2024 at the Morris Hospital.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
Sherri was born August 3rd, 1968, in Joliet, IL, to Don and Carla Jean (Lawrence) Walton.
She worked at LaSalle County Broadcasting in Oglesby, (Starved Rock Media) as a sales representative. Sherri enjoyed spending time with her family and being outdoors. She loved to cook and could prepare any dish. Her two sons were her pride and joy. Sherri loved her granddaughter who she lovingly called Miley Bug.
She is survived by her children; Son, Richard (Lindsey) Chavez, Donny (Caitlyn) Bossen, Granddaughter; Miley Chavez, Sister; Tina Scott, Brother; Donald Walton, and numerous nieces, nephews, & friends.
Sherri was preceded in death by both parents.
