County Highway 15 (E. 22nd Road)(Kernan Road), from IL 18 to
County Highway 5 (N.17th Road)(Richards Road), will be closed in 1
mile increments beginning Monday, September 16, 2024. Work will
progress from the south to the north. The work is expected to take 3
weeks, weather permitting.
Motorists are advised to use alternative routes around the
construction site.
