Illinois woman Claims Kanye West Telegraphically Told Her To Steal Car

A woman says Kanye West is responsible for a crime she committed last week in Illinois. The woman reportedly tried to steal a car with a child sitting inside while the mother was in a nearby store. According to police, when the woman was asked why she tried to steal the car she said it was because Ye (Kanye) had “telegraphically” told her to. She’s now being charged with attempted kidnapping and attempted auto theft.
