Ethanol will be on full display during a NASCAR event this weekend.
Iowa Corn Growers Association president Jolene Riessen says the Iowa Corn 350 Cup Series Race is a great way to promote the industry.
“That’s our new ‘Pump it Up’ campaign, getting people excited about using Unleaded 88, or E15, and allowing consumers to not only feel comfortable with that product but save money at the pump.”
She tells Brownfield the race will showcase the performance of ethanol on a track surrounded by corn fields.
