Trident Agents and the LaSalle County Sheriff’s Office executed a LaSalle County Search Warrant on the residence located at 1010 N. Bloomington St. Streator, IL.
Agents conducted a search of the residence and located a firearm along with ammunition and a high-capacity magazine. As a result, Agents arrested Emmit J. Williams age 31 of 1010 N. Bloomington St. Streator, IL. Williams is charged with being an Armed Habitual Criminal a class X felony and Unlawful Possession of a Weapon by a felon a class 2 felony.
Williams was transported to the LaSalle County Jail to await a detention hearing.
Trident was also assisted by the US Marshalls Great Lakes Task Force and the LaSalle County State Attorney’s Office.
All subjects are innocent until proven guilty.
