Ralph E. Rowe, 83, of Marseilles

Ralph E. Rowe, 83, of Marseilles, passed away Saturday, January 6, 2024, at his home with his family by his side.

Ralph was born January 16, 1940, in Ottawa, IL, to Richard and Rosalie (Wagner) Rowe. He married Cecelia Rix in 1961. Ralph was a devoted and loving husband, father, and grandfather. He enjoyed gardening, fishing with his grandchildren, and spending time with his family and friends

He is survived by his children, Ralph (Diana) Rowe, Kay Ann Rowe, and Gary (Toi) Rowe; his daughter-in-law, Stephanie Rowe; his grandchildren, Adam, Samantha and Noah Rowe, Madisen, Augustin, Ethan, Emma and Aidan Rowe; and Garrison, Cecelia, and Patrick Rowe; his great-granddaughter, Cecelia Rowe; his brother, Jerry Rowe of California; his sister in law, Mary Yerk; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Rosalie Rowe; his wife of 60 years, Cecelia in 2022; his son, Scott Rowe in 2018; his granddaughter, Heather Dawn in 2023; his brothers, John and Richard; and his sisters, Shirley, Velma, and Marilynn.
