Stanley L. Peca, Jr., 77, of Ottawa, passed away on Friday, December 1, 2023, at his home.
Private Graveside services will be held at Clarendon Hills Cemetery in Darien, where full Military Honors will be accorded. A Celebration of Life will be held in the Spring of 2024, with the date to be announced. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Mueller Funeral Home in Ottawa.
Stanley was born on August 26, 1946, in La Grange, IL to Stanley L. and Jean (Voska) Peca, Sr. He was a Veteran of the US Army and served from 1965 to 1968. He was recognized as a Master Mechanic.
He is survived by two brothers, Paul (Pamela Anne) Peca of Ontario, Canada, and Robert (Barbara Jean) Peca of Valdez, AK; and a sister, Mary Lynne Gabel of Falmouth, MA.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
