The 200 block of West Main Street in downtown Ottawa will be closed between LaSalle and Clinton Streets to all traffic beginning at 10am this Friday.
The reason is to finish the foundation of the infamous hole on Main Street between the bakery and Ottawa Office Supply. City Engineer Tom Duttlinger feels the pour will be finished by 2:00pm on the same day, Friday.
