La Salle County sheriff blotter for Wednesday

On wednesday at 4:00pm LaSalle County Deputies investigated a single vehicle accident with no injuries at the intersection of E 8th RD & N 1850th RD. 18 year old Trinity Gallup of Streator was driving south on E 8th RD, attempted to make a left turn onto N 1850th RD when her vehicle slid on the ice-covered roadway and struck a road sign.

 

Also on Wednesday at 4:30 pm LaSalle County Deputies investigated a two vehicle accident with no injuries at the intersection of E 25th RD & N 32nd RD. 16-year-old male of Ottawa was driving east on N 32nd RD when a vehicle failed to yield at the intersection traveling south on E 25th RD, causing a collision in the middle of the intersection. 39 year old Rebecca Stubblefield of Yorkville failed to yield at the intersection. She was driving south on E 25th RD, causing a collision in the middle of the intersection with the vehicle traveling east on N 32nd RD. Stubblefield was cited for failure to yield at the intersection.

 

Finally yesterday at 6:30 pm LaSalle County Deputies investigated a single vehicle car Vs deer accident with no injuries in the area of N 1550th RD & E 14th RD. 46 year old Anthony Hight of Cedar Point was driving west on N 1550th RD when a deer entered the roadway. He was unable to avoid the deer and struck it with the front end of his vehicle.
