Emergency medical services (EMS) teams from Utica, Naplate, and Grand Ridge received an urgent call at approximately 6:15 am this morning to respond to an incident at the Ottawa Barge Terminal. According to dispatch reports, an individual had fallen off a barge and was found in the water near Dee Bennett Road. Dispatch emphasized that the person in question was unable to swim.
