On Sunday at about 1 am LaSalle County Deputies stopped 18-year-old Jenna Simmons of Grand Ridge in the area of N 21st RD & E 24th RD. She was cited for speeding 75 mph in a 55 mph zone.
On Monday at about 2:30 pm LaSalle County Deputies charged 25-year-old Caitlin Richmond of Ottawa in the area of RT 23 & N 2501st RD. with speeding 70 mph in a 45 mph zone.
