On Sunday night at about 10 pm, La Salle County deputies charged 56-year-old Karl Bowker of Earlville with DUI at East 1553 Road and North 4012th Road in Harding. The reason police stopped him was for improper lane usage. He was also cited for having no insurance. Bowker was taken to La Salle County jail and released with a notice to appear.
