33-year-old Scott W Arend of Earlville was stopped in the 4100 block of Columbus Street Friday night for driving with a suspended license and registration. Arend was given a notice to appear by Ottawa Police.
61-year-old Teresa Eland of Ottawa was charged Thursday at the Ottawa Walmart with retail theft. She was released by Ottawa Police on a notice to appear.
