RE: Fugitive Warrant Arrest – Robbery / Domestic Battery
Sheriff Adam Diss releases:
On November 9, 2023, Members of the US Marshals Great Lakes Regional Fugitive Task Force from the LaSalle County Sheriff’s Office arrested Dezzan D. Phillips (32 years old) in the 100 block of W. Madison St. in Ottawa.
Phillips was wanted out of LaSalle County for Robbery (Class 2) and Domestic Battery (Class 4) stemming from an Ottawa Police Department investigation in October 2023.
Phillips was taken to the LaSalle County Jail where he is held with no bond pending detention hearing.
