29-year-old Hugo Serrato, a homeless person, was arrested at 1120 Canal Street on Monday for violating an order of protection. Serrato was given a notice to appear.
48-year-old Richard Sibert of Ransom was charged with driving an uninsured vehicle at Columbus and Norris Drive on Monday and he was given a notice to appear.
33 year old Megan Knight of Ottawa was also arrested Monday at 1440 Columbus for driving without a license and she was given a notice to appear.
