Chloe was born on February 24, 2008, in Ottawa to Traci Hettel and Jeff Casey. She was a sophomore at Moe Gene Johnson High School. She was passionate about cosmetology, dance, and fashion. She fiercely loved her family, friends, and her dogs unconditionally. As a sophomore, she was already licensed in the state of Texas in cosmetology and had dreams of graduating and opening her own salon.
Chloe had a large personality and was always so loving, goofy, and silly. She was always lighting up the room or making someone laugh. Chloe wore her emotions on her sleeve and was never afraid to stand up for herself, friends, or family. Those who knew her knew that she was a protector of all of the underdogs and was the glue that held them all together. Chloe’s strong-willed mindset and personality were going to take her far in life.
She is survived by her mother, Traci Hettel; her father figure and her soul sister and best friend, Sean and Nicole Casey; her father, Jeff Casey; four brothers, Jordan Casey, Hunter Hettel, Jase Hettel, Kai Casey; two sisters, Hannah Casey, Makenzie Farley; two great-grandmothers, Jean Matchus and Nancy Casey; her grandparents, Mark and Crystal Hettel, Peg and Ray Seghi, Tim Casey, and Tammy Bienemann; and many other family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her great-grandparents, Delores and Buck Hettel, John and Roberta Casey, John Matchus, and Bob and Beverly Newmann.
Pallbearers will be Sean Casey, Jeff Casey, Tim Casey, Nick Casey, Steve Briddick, Josh Smith, and Hunter Hettel.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Traci Hettel or Sean and Nicole Casey for a memorial to be established at a later date.
