For Immediate Release – RE: Fugitive Warrant Arrest – First-Degree Murder
Sheriff Adam Diss releases:
On October 4, 2023, Members of the US Marshals Great Lakes Regional Fugitive Task Force from the LaSalle County Sheriff’s Office arrested Rodolfo Madrigal (43 years old) in the 400 Block of South Sterling St. in Streator.
Madrigal was wanted out of Kane County for First Degree Murder (Class M) and Attempt First Degree Murder (Class X). This warrant stems from a Montgomery Police Department investigation from January 2021. Madrigal was taken to the LaSalle County Jail where he is being held on no bond.
