Ottawa’s annual Welcomeburger event returns to kick off the Friendship Days festival after a three-year hiatus. The event hosted by the Ottawa Area Chamber of Commerce will take place on Wed., Aug. 2, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Washington Square Park and features music, raffles, children’s activities and food.
There are two ticket options available for Welcomeburger. Standard tickets are $25 presale and $30 the day of the event. Standard tickets include a meal with sides, two drink tickets that include alcohol and access for kids to the Children’s Play Area. Non-Alcoholic tickets are $20 presale and $25 at the event. These tickets include a meal with sides, one soft drink or water and access to the Children’s Play Area.
Tickets are on sale online at www.ottawachamberillinois.com and in-person at the Chamber’s office, Ottawa Visitors Center and local banks. Additional drink tickets are available on the day of the event.
