Grace McCormick is the new Community Outreach and Donor Engagement Manager for the Starved Rock Country Community Foundation. In this role, McCormick will organize special events, create social media content and build relationships with local businesses and organizations.
McCormick is a May 2023 graduate from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where she studied organizational and community leadership. At the university, she created a series of small food pastries throughout Champaign-Urbana.
She plans to create a philanthropy course for high school students that promotes local artists as part of her work with SRCCF.
