The city of Marseilles approved its 2023 budget. Commissioner Bobby Kaminski says no changes needed to be made after each city department gave their input.
The city is expecting about $3.59 million in revenue this year. The council is expected to spend about $3.45 million. Kaminski said two weeks ago that the city had more revenue because home values went up. He says the budget should be okay as long as something major like a water main doesn’t break.
