The Illinois Waterway Visitors Center is closing Monday. It will stay closed until Thursday. The U.S. Army Corp. of Engineers says the roadway and parking lot at the visitor’s center are getting resealed. No indoor or outdoor facilities will be available to the public. The visitor’s center will reopen Friday.
