Aggravated and domestic battery charges were approved Tuesday by a LaSalle County grand jury against a Marseilles man accused of attacking someone with a machete last month. A relative of the wife of 50-year old Brad Bukowski was asked to get some cats from an apartment in the 500 block of Main St. after she was kicked out. Bukowski allegedly answered the door and cut the relative with the machete. The relative’s injury was non-life threatening. Bukowski is scheduled to be back in court Thursday.
