ComEd Four Found Guilty On All Counts

(Chicago, IL) — The federal jury is convicting the so-called ComEd Four. Anne Pramaggiore, Michael McClain, John Hooker, and Jay Doherty were found guilty on all counts, including conspiring to influence and reward former Illinois House Speaker Michael Madigan in order to assist with the passage of legislation favorable to the electric utility company. The convictions were handed following more than 27 hours of deliberations that began last week. Sentencing dates haven’t been set.
