A man was found dead in a wooded area in Streator. Deputy Police Chief Robert Wood says police were called to the 500 block of Bronson St. Wednesday afternoon. Police found the body not far from where they were called. The man’s body was taken to the McLean County Morgue for an autopsy. Wood says no foul play is suspected in the man’s death and it was an isolated event. The man’s name won’t be released until his family is told about his death.
