A LaSalle County grand jury approved charges against a Princeton man in his criminal sexual abuse case. 23-year old Justin McIntire is scheduled to have his first appearance in court Thursday. He’s accused of having inappropriate contact with someone in his or her early teens. It was reported to Ottawa police in January after the alleged incident happened in December. McIntire turned himself in to the Bureau County Sheriff’s Department two weeks ago after a LaSalle County judge issued a warrant for his arrest. He’s currently out after posting bond.
