A Marseilles woman and a Seneca man are charged in connection with a gunshot that hurt two people inside a Seneca bar nearly two weeks ago. Forty-seven year old Malinda Missel has a felony conviction, so allegedly getting hold of the gun is why she’s charged with possession of a weapon by a felon. Fifty-seven year old Russell Mondy is accused of taking the gun inside, and he’s charged with taking a concealed gun into a place where it’s not allowed. Seneca police believe the gun was fired accidentally. One bullet hit two people. They were treated at hospitals.
